1. How many days advance notice needed to order?

All orders need to be made 3 days in advance.

 

2. Is there a hotline I can call to place an order?

Yes! If you prefer calling in to put in your orders, then call our hotline at +65 9102 9966.

 

3. How long will you get back to me once I put in my order through the online forms?

We value your patronage and always make it a point to call you back as soon as possible, preferably within half a day.

 

4. How long will you take to reply my online form enquiry?

We will always do our best to reply you as soon as possible and preferably within half a day.

 

5. What are your Terms and Conditions?

6. Are you MUIS certified?

Yes, we are proudly MUIS certified, on top of being HACCP certified.

 

7. Do you charge for delivery?

No, we do not charge for delivery. However, a minimum order must be placed in order for us to cater to you. Minimum orders differ from menu to menu.

 

8. Is your cook a Muslim?

Yes! We have a Muslim kitchen and our cook is Muslim as well, to ensure fully Halal prepared food for you and your guests.

 

9. Can I negotiate a different menu and price?

Yes! We allow customised menus for per pax orders above SGD15. Call and tell us what you need/ prefer and we will do what we can for you.

 

10. How will my orders be fulfilled? What form of payment do you accept?

We want to make it quick and convenient for our clients. Simply fill up our online forms, wait for our call to confirm your details and your order, then make payment upon delivery.Cash on Delivery or company cheques are acceptable. Payment details will follow upon confirmation of Acceptance of Order.

 

11. What if I have to change my order details or cancel my order?

We appreciate if you plan properly in advance. Orders can only be changed/ cancelled 2 days in advance. For cancellations after that deadline, 30% of the invoice will be charged.

 

12. Can I request for more/ less spicy food?

Yes, just let us know your preferences in your online order form.

 

13. A re there any other charges other than the ones indicated in the menu ?

All prices indicated in the menu are nett and includes delivery (provided minimum orders are made as indicated in each menu). Food warmers can also be added to your event with a one-time charge of $40.

 

 14. What if I need early morning delivery?

Early morning delivery surcharges will apply as follows on top of regular set-up/ transport charge for buffets:

- For foods to be ready between 7.30 and 8.30am = $50.

- For foods to be ready by 8.30 to 9.30am = $30
